SMU logoSMU (9-4) hosts Furman (3-8) on Sunday at 4 p.m. This begins a three-game homestand for the Mustangs, who are playing their first game at home since Nov. 28 (62-55 win against Utah). SMU is 4-0 at home this season, and playing just its fifth home game in the first 14 contests of the season.

SMU hosts Wyoming in its final non-conference game on Wednesday at 7 p.m. The Mustangs then open Conference USA play by hosting Tulsa in an FSN-televised game on Jan. 6 at 7 p.m. — On Jan. 6, Larry Brown (SMU) and Danny Manning (Tulsa) will matchup as head coaches for the first time. Brown was the head coach and Manning was the Most Outstanding Player (MOP) of the Final Four as Kansas won the 1988 NCAA Championship. It will be just the second matchup as head coaches for a tandem that was head coach and MOP for an NCAA title team.
